and raised in Edmonds, Washington, Erich began taking pictures at the age of 5
when he received his first camera, a Kodak Brownie, for his birthday. While
life events have come and gone, Erich’s love of photography and travel remains.
In 2009 he retired from a career as a mental health counselor and began to
travel and take photographs full-time. Erich has combined his knowledge of
psychology and his love for photography to produce images of tranquility in
nature in the hope that the viewers of his work experience the same feeling of
calm he did when the image was taken. Thanks for stopping by!
